A. Agreement

By using our services or engaging with Chem-Dry of Richmond through any communication channel, you agree to these Terms of Service.

B. Services

Chem-Dry of Richmond provides residential and commercial cleaning services including carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, wood floor cleaning, and pet stain and odor removal.

C. SMS Text Message Service

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Chem-Dry of Richmond for appointment booking, service updates, customer care, and follow-up communications.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Our SMS messaging service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

D. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

E. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change. Quotes provided through our booking process are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual conditions at the time of service. A minimum service charge of $110.00 applies per visit.

F. Limitation of Liability

Chem-Dry of Richmond is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the services rendered.

G. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
